Guakiarte is Guakía’s school for the creative and performing arts for children and youth ages 3 to 18. Through Guarkiarte, students gain exposure to Hispanic arts and culture and competency as artists in the making. They have valuable contact with bilingual instructors who serve as role models. They learn the value of greater discipline, self-discovery, imagination, creativity and the power that comes from experiencing the arts.

The after school program is comprised of 20 to 25 courses over a 12 month period consisting of two hours a week for two 12 week semesters and one six week summer session. Classes vary slightly each semester, but generally include:
